  My grandparents, my three year old and I existed our vehicle and started towards the establishment while walking through the parking lot a young employee shouted from the drive thru window "WERE CLOSED" and slammed the window as we stopped in shock she re opened the window and shouted again " JUST KIDDIN BUT WE AINT GOT NO FOOD" my grandpa suggested we go on in and eat. As we approached the register I ask the young if she thought that was a professional and exceptional way to treat a customer. Her response was (with a laugh) "can you not take a joke?" I then asked to speak to an available manager who was in no way helpful or respectful herself. She didn't see a problem with the way her employee had greeted us so we left. After everyone was in the truck I walked back in to get the names of the two employees so I could call and inform a higher up so that this problem didn't occur again. The young girl did not comply with my request for her name, so I asked for her manager again. I stood and waited for an ample amount of time waiting for the manager who was "on the phone" and while I waited I was verbally assaulted by the young employee. I finally got the names of the people but nothing was done to resolve the issue as of yet. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone looking for friendly customer service or a pleasant meal.

  First of all, Let me begin on how long it took me to get my order. All I ordered was a spicy Chicken Sandwich. sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. After being late to work I open my bag and realize instead of what I ordered I got a Burger NOT a chicken sandwich. so I decided I'm hungry and late so I start eating the burger. about 3 bites in I look at the burger then to find that the center of the burger is COMPLETELY RAW!!!!!! Only at a fast food restaurant where all you have on staff is a bunch of 16 year olds and NO manager to be found.... I will be Contacting their Cooperate and District Managers!
